HOF: The Lorelei Collection

Hi guys!

So, as promised, here I am posting the pictures of the jewelry viewing event I went to last week.

Have you heard about Hearts on Fire? If you haven't, you NEED to know about them! They have been around for a couple of decades and are sold through retailers next to Tiffany, Cartier, Harry Winston...

HOF cuts and crafts its own diamonds (and were the first to do so, in the world), all the way from the ground to the end product! And the best part is that they are based here in Boston!

Some Boston bloggers and I were invited to the HOF offices to check out their new collection, The Lorelei Collection, have some drinks and eat a lot of cheese (my favorite part). I don't think a girl could ask for more: diamonds, gold, wine, cheese, gold, gold... gold!

The lady on the last picture is Ilaria Lanzoni, the designer of all the precious jewelry at HOF. At first, I wanted to write a whole paragraph about how amazing it was getting to know her. But I think this photo perfectly describes the kind of vibe that she inspires. She is just full of so much positive energy and such a fascinating person to meet. 

I have to say, my favorite piece of this collection is the Lorelei Lariat Necklace (click to see). It is the perfect combination of sweet, classy, sexy, and feminine. I asked Ilaria what inspired to design this necklace, and she told me she wanted to illustrate "blowing a cloud kiss". I need this necklace in my life now!
